Construction of rear extension to form living room with balcony with workshop below of timber frame construction & Cedar cladding.
Included in this project were many structural alterations requiring the installation of steel support & the project management of working with other specialist sub contractors for the supply & installation of double glazing & specialist Sarnafil roof covering.

Sidmouth Project

Conversion of existing double garage to form living space below with "home office" space within the roof structure.
A particular feature of this project was the re-use of existing roof tiles to allow the final finish to blend with the existing building.
Exeter Project

Timber frame 1st floor extension constructed in a conservation area, glazing of engineered timber & parapets to roofline capped with powder coated aluminium.
Originally designed with an open under-croft, but with a little additional work this feature now incorporates a garden room. offering improved use of the space.
